Okay, stupid question, but what do you use to mount the ACM to the Tubing on the back?

There is also arlon fusion. although it is a calendar film, I use it for almost all my flat surface jobs. From Trailers to museums prints. i just change the lam depending on the finish the customer wants and if its indoor or outdoor.

How does that work with connecting the ACM? i get the framing for the outside edge, how do you keep multiple ACM together? curious for my own projects.

i Agree ACM would be the best for this project but being able to only hit mortar with mounting will be the difficult part. There are a lot of calendar lams that will hold up long term outside. Arlon 3220 maybe

any pictures? i also like masking the panels. helps with the stretching. the air release is amazing but there is no readjusting. once you place it you are committed :) lol

id apply them by panels on the trailer. use a one inch overlap and then cut the overlap away then repeat. use the inch overlap for lineup on the previous panel, then cut it away after instal. and have a seamless trailer.

any update on this? did the graphics do okay with your primer 94 on the area?

GF 790 looks great when printed on
