I was wrong -- only got $346 off the card we had on file. Cool Signs still owes us over $500 as of 11/10/2016.

Anything you could do would be most appreciated. We were owed $825.00 since 8/15, so there's about $25 in additional late fees due. I just now realized that a month or so earlier they had asked us to get a permit for this sign, and in looking that up I found that they had paid by credit card...

I like the idea of making sure they know about this thread and that their name is being dragged through the mud. Gonna do that right now. And the idea of some sort of "bad companies to look out for" listing, somewhere on this site. Also gonna contact Bassett, good idea as well. Thanks.

I'm sure Bassett wouldn't help. Too corporate, I was a subcontractor of a subcontractor... Removing one letter -- I think just the "B" would be nice -- is more along the lines of what I'm thinking might have to be next. Then charge them for the reinstallation in order to do that!

Yeah, nice. They contacted us for a local install of a channel letters at a Bassett Furniture location, paid their deposit (thank god), shipped us the sign, we installed, never heard from them again. Why would one sign company do this to another?

Title is pretty self-explanatory. Won't answer phones, won't return messages... they've got national accounts and hired us for an installation, which has been completed for several months. Just a word to the wise...
