Thanks for all the help. The machine is now cutting. I need to learn the software though. The cutter also does not cut through the vinyl deep enough but your manuals will help with this I am sure.

Cutter now responds although not correctly
The cutter now moves the paper and the cutter travels to one end of the sheet and stops. At least I know it is communicating and responding. Great progress for me.
