I've been printing on our FX all day.. now all of a sudden my files won't send because LAN cannot connect and says the cable is unplugged, which it is not.. this has happened before but we rebooted the printer and the PC and everything worked fine again.. this time nothing works.. any suggestions??

Do all my design in Illustrator CS3 on a mac, import all my files into Omega 2.6.1 ( on our PC) for output onto an Edge FX.. Working with the files to get them finalized for output in Omega has got to be the most painful experience of my life.. that program is so slow I want to poke my eyes...
Was just downloading firmware upgrade on our Edge FX and something happened halfway through install and now all it says it fatal error number 14.. any help would be awesome..
