I was going to ask the same thing. Are the temps set correctly for the media? Are you using the correct media profile for your media? In Versaworks are you using the printer default temp or are you using theedia temp from the profile? We have the same printer and have not had a similar problem.

Assemble it in your shop, mount a "Z" Bar/French Cleat on it. Do a pattern, install half of the cleat on the building and then install the sign. Fasten it and your done.

Just saw that Alumigraphics at SGIA and it was installed outside. No heat install, just uses a roller and hands. 3M installed on a collum and it took about 30 minutes, Alumigraphics installed and it took about 4 minutes. We are going to get some samples and see what we think.

It would be best to paint. We would spray it using dupont automotive finish. If you don't do spraying, +1 for using local autobody shop to paint.

Find someone local or close by that manufactures semi-trailers. We had to get a piece of aluminum that was 10' x 25' and the local trailer manufacturer was able to give it to us in a bound role.
