replace the NIC in your PC and check your network drop to that PC and to printer.... drop packets ... which is what causes this is ussually do to a network cable getting pinched or a NIC intermitantly Failing... it is a sign of age and realativly cheap to fix.... you can get network durrabiltity...

I'm running into the same problem with a larger print.... I'm not sure if this is the case for you... but on mine... it seems the cutter is pushing my media over.... there are a couple more moving parts in my production... for one .... I'm laminating and then cutting... but everything is...
The entire sheet shifts... up to 1/2 an inch.... ruins the cut...
the design is good.... I've checked.... the material is a little heavy... it's a 5mil reflective with a 2 mil laminant... the the preasure is up a little bit too... think I'm at 65 grams.... which is still light for what I need...
