Roland Black Problem, Static?
Try cleaning the linear encoder strip - use a damp (not wet) shammy/lint free cloth. you will probably find the strip/encoding is dirty causing the laser to missread it's position and fire/mist. We have this problem once in a while and generally that sorts it, alternatively give your black head... -

Hi Guys, Thanks for your feedback! Problem is that these files were created in Photoshop and saved as Tiff's. The designer ( whom I cannot get hold off due to issues he has with my client), has saved certain artworks WITH layers and others with MERGED layers...this makes exporting them... -
