i had a similar random issue, it would happen here and there. But there is an update in software that did the fix for me. Hope that helps

the black is almost to the point now to where i think its just my eyeballs and it would be fine to print but then i go look a the bike we wrapped last week and the black is perfect, im still waiting on sign warehouse to call me, but Ive been waiting 3 days also every time i call them, they say...

artbot, what did the following mean by 100% black, other than the obvious being a 100% where would I tone done the percent of black on a CMYK print?, here is the quote I'm talking about.... "i did that just this AM (thanks) and its a good measure of troubleshooting. My black looked messed up...

well, this is the best my iphone can do, the best way i describe it is semi wet paint and taking a broom across it leaving these white lines, yet only in the black ink areas. I'm sorry if the pic sucks, thank you for all of you help. also I think i got the icc thing fixed, but still prints...

nozzle check comes out good, one this i noticed was it tells me it is missing the ICC file? I read up on what an icc file is and would guess that to be it but how to I go into to change or setup I cant find much info on it??

So i have a big sign job (CMYK)that i missed my window to have it done today because the black areas on the print comes out wavy & almost like a grey gradient, I performed a cleaning a few times did a test print looks fine, ink level is a 78. Is there a setting i might have changed? should i put...
