    Converting photos so they can be cut

    We were at the Sign show in Vegas and saw some photos that were cut on vinyl. They said they used fotocut that is bundled in cocut. I am wondering if there is any stand alone plug ins or other ways to create this. It is a very cool effect but does not warrent buying the whole program.
