PrismJet won't print to size
Not sure if this is a PrismJet problem or a Flexi problem but our new PrismJet won't print to the designated size. I'm not talking about an inch or two either...I'm getting full width on a project, but no more than half the height. For instance, a 48" x 96" banner is printing at 48" x 48"... -
