In Versaworks under quality, is there a way to change the mode from CMYK?

yeah, it was the holder. Cleaned it out good and put some lube in it. Did'nt even have to use the new one they sent. Old one is running like a charm now.

They are sending me a new blade holder. Hopefully that is it, this is really slowing down production, ugh...

I am using oracal 3164, and still having the cutting issues. Its just so random how it won't cut through the media, but then will cut fine on some parts and not on others. Really getting annoying now. Been happening around 3-4 weeks, changed the cutting strip, thats not it. Any more help?

When Im cutting, seems on certain spots its not cutting all the way. Seems to be on one area of the printer. Everywhere else will cut fine and can weed no problem, but on once section its not cutting deep enough, almost like sliding across. Thinking its maybe the cutting strip on the roland...

I did that once already, but maybe did'nt get it clean enough, trying again. Hope the strip did'nt go bad.

I am using CS5 and having trouble always getting the cutlines to show in versaworks. Most of the files I print come from another designer. I go through the same steps on some files and the cutlines show, then on other files the cutlines won't show in versaworks. Anyone else have an issue...
