    I think Visualeyez is right -- it looks like custom/drawn numbers. You might be able to re-trace the image in Illustrator to clean it up and then send it through the "what the font" tool at www.myfonts.com, but if you're lucky I'm guessing it will only suggest a few similar fonts. A "5"...
