    The tactile looks textured and has rounded edges, also the color is full depth. I would suggest a UV-printed production method hard to tell with the Braille, assuming UV Printed instead of raster beads the gap between the back layer and middle layer is from a thick VHB tape

    We have a staffer who is 6'7" and #400'ish, so a "normal" person would have issues cutting the thicker materials the 6mm is more often than the 080 alum The edges are good, no burs or jaggedness have been using the cutter for 5+ years in this manner

    what grade (Cal vs Cast) of media are you using? you need to have a bleed (border) added to your prints, print cut combos, specifically Roland machines, are notorious for shifting / inaccurate cuts. the longer in length the less accuracy you will have

    Dibond does not offer much security. the skin is THIN .012", so it will dent / damage easily If you want "security" you need to look at a solid substrate, 063" or 080" aluminum we are not a paint company, so cannot offer comments
