Why spend a lot of money unnecessarily on nick-nacks, alchohol, etc on gifts when we can give them small little things that we can produce. How about noticing little things that we can help out with that our customers don't want to spend that little extra $$ on. This could be: washroom signs...

It looks like the black is extremely light. Do you have overspray on the edges of your prints....looks a little fuzzy....print quality is not what you expect....then I think you may have some head damage. I have had some expensive mistakes with damaging printheads and have had similar test...

I use 13oz banner material all the time, sell anywhere from a 10 to 15 monthly and no one has ever complained. If you are printing on a 54" machine, try to upsell the customer with offering 2 for a 15% discount using the same amount of material (lineal feet) using a 54" roll

You may want to tap some of your friends to see who they may know in an influencial position. If they can refer you, your website, etc to let these potential people who you are and what you can do. Once that takes place....let your reputation, skills, and salesmanship take over.
