We have been fighting this problem for over a year. We can send 20 jobs and everything is fine. Then suddenly in the middle of a job the blade gets "stuck" in the down position. If you grab it you can lift it up fairly easily, however when you let go it goes right back down. Case in point...

That's the weird part. We cannot replicate it even with the very same job.

These jobs are print with contour jobs, sending them from Flexisign 10.5.1(FS) through Production Manager(PM). In the job window in PM all the contours are present. However, when it cuts we get the half finished job.

We have a Graphtec FC7000-130. Several years old, but still a trooper and never lets us down. However, three times (not in a row, just randomly) we send a job and it fails to cut everything. I.E. we send a strip of 4x6 decals to cut and instead of it cutting all 20, it starts at the halfway...
