You mentioned above that there are videos in regards to replacing the print head. I have downloaded all of the JV33 bible files and I dont see any videos for the head removal. Do you have the videos? Could you share it?

I use FontExpert 2011 I think its great.

I have gotten ink to absorb through the bottom of the cap so it doesn't show any issue there. I am using all OEM ink. I have another set of non OEM dampers coming in. If they don't work I'll look into some OEM ones. I'll keep you guys updated as I will most likely be replacing them tomorrow.

There's only 1 capping stations/cap top on the JV33 so I know its on there correctly.

Thank for all your help Masseria. I have done what you have said and then did 2 ink fill ups and now running a 99min nozzle wash. I got 1/4 of the nozzles firing. I replaced the damper also. Is there anything else to be done to be done to get this thing fully firing.

So after doing manual cleaning trough the top of the head I was successful at getting all the heads back but black :( I am dumbfounded as to why only the black inst firing now but the rest are perfect. I the same procedure on all the nozzles. What now.
