    It sounds like you may be working with 3M Dual Lock. Pretty sure there are different grades/types to accomodate various loads. Good stuff; sharp edges.

    Don't laugh, but Was the Firmware/Default Settings updated/reset at any point before hardware changes were made? (Like I said, don't laugh but....you never know)
