Had this issue for the first time last week. Forgot to outline all fonts. Once that was done, it would happily import the files again. Hopefully it helps.
Did you want to upload the file and one of many people running Onyx can try it?
Alternatively, try this file which has the same dimensions as yours and let us know what it does...
This doesn't happen on Graphtec models before the FC9000. There is something wrong with the Onyx driver for it I think.
Our 8600 will cut from the leading edge of the media regardless of if the F or R barcode is used.
The 9000 for some odd reason will always start at the 'wrong' end of laminated...
There's probably something in the Yupo range that matches that requirement.
We've used Octopus in the past, but that has micro suction cups on the rear side, despite being virtually optically clear.
3010109528 is the part number for the foam filter on the cooling fans, not the housing part number.

Original housing part number should be 3010113220 or new version 3010121158.
ikarasu, I'm going to PM you about this... curious about your serial and if it's in the same batch as Paul's and mine...
I'm annoyed for you that 4 corners isn't helping you. It's our work-around for now which is accurate. I'm not willing to sell our 8600 as it cuts more accurately than the 9000...
The issue for me isn't skew left to right, it's front to back, so it's not really a tracking issue. After around 3 feet it's nearly 1/4" out of whack. Oddly, it resolves itself fully in the final segment.
Putting the exact same job through our FC8600 using segment correction behaves perfectly...
BigNate, how long are the prints you're cutting using segment area correction?
There are 3 of us on this forum with the FC9000 running Onyx who are having accuracy issues.
I can't cut a job accurately over 4-5 feet using 18" segments. Oddly, the problem disappears using 4 corner marks only.
I had a chat with our tech recently and mentioned your concerns. He said that they are very warranted due to differing head/lamp design to our machine, and that your tech is correct in saying that you shouldn't be doing mirrors on your machine. Just thought I'd pipe up and let you know.
We've...
What are your nozzle checks looking like just before each print?
Our 360 will begin to clog pretty quickly after a print, so always run a nozzle test immediately before prints with white to check to see if they are firing properly. Usually a quick swipe with suction resolves it.
Most memorable was a client that provided us with a 320x200px 2 colour file and needed it printed to a full sheet of ACM 8'x4'.
Ended up running a vectorization in Illustrator, re-scaled it and printed. Client was stoked with the result somehow, but definitely the worst supplied file we've ever...
We laser cut so it doesn't really matter before or after. Clean cuts and no dust.
It's definitely easier to cut first though so we don't have to worry about cut alignment.
