I found that out the way many years ago, by the time you look for template, ask on here and then pay money for a template that KINDA works and still need to spend time to get it to your liking you could have just recreated it in an hour! Thats why I recommended the other day just to make your own.

Yea and shes probly getting it ceramic coated. This just happened to me, had the design all set and she said it will be clean. A little to clean, nothing sticks to that ceramic coating.

How is your environment? Humidity ? Heat? has this changed? I have a VG2 and I noticed humidity affects it quite a bit. I have good prints around 45% also the heat settings on the printer might affect it

I think they are great! I still have a old Black and Decker/DeWalt one that I still use. Get a good blade so cuts clean (somebody will suggest a good one) and hopefully that is a model that you can change out the saw and put a utility blade holder to cut coroplast like butter, straight, fast.

I just had problems with that myself. I have a roland vg2 and where the little solvent tank where the wiper dips and cleans off was empty, for some reason my machine didnt warn me that my cleaning solvent bag was empty, put new one in and now works good. Might be something to check, not 100...

I dont get the all the love for murder and crime shows. Dont get me wrong I love a good shoot them up movie but it seems to go to far to the dark side. Just my 2cents.

When mine does this its usually the backing paper not started square and is pulling off more one way. Or if its real bad I lift my roller up just a little and it usually straightens out. I have a heated top roller so sometimes I add just a little heat into the roller, helps with the silvering.

I have some print cut with no lamination but it is contour cut in the print, I always printed with heat and waited as long as I could before I contour cut it (I leave it in the machine) but within a couple hours the edges would curl some, I was then told to try with out heat so I slowed it down...
