    I found that out the way many years ago, by the time you look for template, ask on here and then pay money for a template that KINDA works and still need to spend time to get it to your liking you could have just recreated it in an hour!     Yea and shes probly getting it ceramic coated. This just happened to me, had the design all set and she said it will be clean. A little to clean, nothing sticks to that ceramic coating.

    I think they are great! I still have a old Black and Decker/DeWalt one that I still use. Get a good blade so cuts clean (somebody will suggest a good one) and hopefully that is a model that you can change out the saw and put a utility blade holder to cut coroplast like butter, straight, fast.

    When mine does this its usually the backing paper not started square and is pulling off more one way. Or if its real bad I lift my roller up just a little and it usually straightens out. I have a heated top roller so sometimes I add just a little heat into the roller, helps with the silvering.

    I will have to try this but I have to perf cut them also so not sure how that will work. Of course now that its been a little nice for a couple days here they are all wanting to get stuff done right away on stuff that they put off so I don't have alot of time to experiment.

    I know, they are just tech stickers for race trucks so only need to last one race but drivers like to keep them on to show where they been so want them to last the year atleast but dont think needs laminate. You know race car people dont want to spend money!
