    Thanks,but do you use any special kind of routing-bits like the diamond polishing bit for acrylic to get the best cut-surface, cause i guess u cant flame polish the edges when the vinyl is applied.

    Hello I wonder if you can add vinyl to plexi before you start routing push-trough letters or do you have to put them on when you are done? On this picture i found it looks like the vinyl is already there.
