    Thanks for the reply. I just wasn't sure if it was common to do it in Illustrator/Photoshop or if it is better to do it when sending to the printer.

    I am new to this and understand the concept. The part I am not sure about is when outputting at 1000%, that is done on the printer not the design software correct? We use Illustrator and Photoshop and set the resolution at 720 DPI. Thanks for any help :)
