Thanks. I will check again the wiper holder. Now that you say this, I will check the height of the wiper. Looks to me bit too high and that can explain the slingshot behaviour. Normally I keep the capping station very clean and I don't allow ink build ups. Thanks for the tip.

I had a similar issue with my CJV150 and I found it was a ball of dust and fibres formed under the media jam sensor. This ball of fibres travelled over the capping station and getting ink from there creating black streaks identical with yours.

Similar thing happens to me when the media does not stay flat. Usually with the monomeric vinyl, wrong temperature, high humidity or just the vacuum lost its suction. My printer is a Mimaki.
