9 years later... but if you do it in two passes, at 8" inches per sec, it cuts smooth and perfect. We use the r204 bits. If you cut it too slowly and too many passes, it'll give you those jagged edges. Hopefully this helps a decade later! lol
Direct print on Ipads
About a year ago we did these. Definite nail biter, but as said before, run a couple test sheets the same thickness as the Ipads to assure no head strikes. I use aluminum composite for literally everything, just make sure to bump up the DPI to photo plus or whatevers best.
