Thats the thing... I read on this forum that other user also experience significant increase of accuracy when adding the rollers... Mine has been collecting dust for close to 4 months... Summa engineer had came over and do all the neccessary callibrations but still not giving good result...

Are u doing print and cut? Can i check before installing the extra roller pinch, how is the accuracy? Lastly how many extra roller pinch did you installed?

hehe Posted here because i read lots of gd review on Summa... so just want to find out further... anyway its never been ok Its all started since day one Left, centre and right out of alignment in different directions Yups its getting worse after 25cm or so...

I have tried to cut a media of up to 50 cm But the result still the same Inconsitent the cutting alignment... And its out from my 1.5 bleeding.... Really dont expect this from Summa. Auto load function has been turn on... but unfortunately still the same

I have tried to use OPOS XY but still does not produce a perfect result. Inconsistant cuts. Im just wondering if this is also happening in Graphtec machine. Any ideas or experiences?

Hi I just bought S2 TC160 about 3 weeks And im having same issue. Im using Roland to print and Onyx 19 as rip software. Did you managed to solve the issue? My Summa technician still troubleshooting this. Hope to hear frm u guys soon!
