    Going for a drive this evening for a "1 yr used" Graphtec CE6000-60 24" cutter today. Agreeing to 1k if all is in good condition as it seems. I feel like I am getting a steal... am I not? I only hear amazing things about these Graphtecs and am saving around $800. Feedback is appreciated.

    Call Sai Had this issue yesterday with my subscription account with Flexi 12 design. Just called in and they added a patch in less than 5 minutes. No issues since. Could be from a new Windows update IMO. good luck

    Sounds like something we ran into with our XR-640 early last year. I believe we ran a Limit Initialization with instruction from a tech, but ended up replacing the head carriage cable. Glad to hear you got everything cleared up.

    And after the breakdown the customer will likely request that you don't charge tax on the labor cost... Just an idea. totally get the frustration of a "quick customer" who lingers when payment is due. Smh
