If you have the plastic ones, most of them are recyclable. A few are not. Look for the symbol/number on the bottom. The ones we don't re-use we save & take to our local plastic recycling center.

I'm not familiar enough with your specific machine, but just a thought, not sure if you are printing, laminating and then re-loading to cut, but if you are clicking "get media width" again after re-loading to plot after laminating, that will cause your cut lines to be off.
