    FB500 Takeup Roll Broke Need Part

    So the plastic piece around the the little key at the end of the takeup roll broke (no employee seems to know how it happened). Looking for just that part (pic attached)...I can find the bar ($700 ish) and I can find the little metal key but not the plastic piece. Any help would be great, thanks.

    FB500 Printing Bad

    Hello- Trying to print white text on clear 3/8” acrylic. Getting this fuzzy over spray look. Have done all the normal head cleaning. Help!
