When the machine starts the cut the first row on the left is pretty good. As the machine works up and down cutting the cut is consistent. as it moves to the right the cut becomes worse moving up to .25 off. So I solved and answering should someone need the answer. the Prox sensor bracket on the back had been removed by an "engineer" got it put back on works. now. Center roller was not being detected. and the engineer had not plugged all cables in firmly. so here again. Cutter is now operational.

Sorry Im no help but I updated to Flexi 22 last week to. Now getting red outline around everything. that is printing. and any lettering in art is printing with red outline. UGGGHHH love updates!

Build board is a full size schematic that can be used to route real wires for making a wiring harness. lay the red wire over the red lines to the end no need to measure if the print is to scale. then add connector that is called out. creating the harness.

Thank you everyone. I was able to rasterize it and get it to print. A buildboard is a wiring harness printed to scale so that it can be overlayed with real wire to make harness. easier than measuring each wire to route them.
