    Thanks for all the info! I’ll check it all out. I should have attached this image in the initial post, but here is what comes out when the printer goes through test print. And when I print an image, the blacks will come out as blue.

    Hello all, I've got a bit of an issue. The printer is only printing cyan, red, and blue. When I test print, the black comes out as cyan and is spotty. I had this issue once before with the red, but it fixed itself after about 2 days. This issue hasn't gone away and I'm unsure what the problem...
