  1. Xc 540 head clunking

    It seems to coming from the cutter potion of the cut carrier, If I separate the cutting potion from the printing potion and manually move the cutter across the length of the printer I can feel a clunking noise and feel it in the head. I will attach a video. It doesnt do it constantly. but i keep...
