I'm getting a new issue with my every growing pain in the @$$ Truevis printer. This started today. When I try to print an image it gets to a certain area (See image) and then the carriage acts like it hits something and disconnects (Image 2), causing a scan motor error. I've checked and nothing...
The picture says it all. This was a test print done immediately after manually cleaning the heads. Prints are still coming out looking fine though. How can I fix this?
