10' diameter half-circular sign

Hey all!! here is something i have thought about and wanted some opinions. a customer has a circular entrance on a old brick building with a sign on it. It was wood at one point and its rotting. he wants aluminum instead. i am going to measure the total square footage (ha.) and them have somebody cut "pieces" to which i will assemble where the old one was. So, Should i raise the SQ FT price because its a p.i.a.?

I have two thoughts/comments. 1) Because it is an old brick building and retro is quite vogue, have you considered painting the brick 2) please don't say you have already PRICED the job before the P.I.A. is factored in

I like the painted brick idea, maybe with formed letters.
