1204 Only Prints black after replacing Ink

We have a Mutoh 1204.

That was blinking "POWER OFF"

Couldn't get it to turn off so we unplugged.

Turned back on and replaced 2 ink cartridges. Cyan and yellow.

Now on print head alignment test only prints black.

Did a color test and only prints black.

Any Ideas?
