I am located in the central valley. my 1304 in the middle of a print shut down and will not power up. I think its a fuse on the main board. before i attempt to open up my printer. has any one had this happen to them before. i need to get some prints done and looks like customer might have to wait which isnt good for either one of us.....

This has worked for some here:
Unplug the printer from the wall and hit the power button a few times to discharge the capacitors. Wait for 10 minutes or so and plug it back in.
Hit the power button and see if it will boot up.
If it is still dead the main 120v fuses are easy to get at by taking off the rear platen cover.
If you don't have the service manual and want one pm me an email address.
