1614 error code help

I came in the shop this morning and my 1614 was beeping it said E082Err wiper sns on the panel what dose that mean??

The wiper is most likely stuck and can't move due to ink buildup... Clean it, if clean replace the Maintenance Assy...

Thanks for the help. The funny thing is a clean it on fridays some time mid week if it runs all day every day. for the last month or so I noticed magenta ink around the capping station more then the last week still cleaning the printer the way I have since day one but with more and more magenta ink. Today its all over the in side around the capping station and the wipper arm is broke off. Its under warranty calling a tech now this happend on may outdoor jr when we had it the side of the capping station broke and let out cyan ink and locked up the capping station.
