1614 Head Wash

I need to know how to do the head wash on a 1614. I have cleaning cartridges I just cant find the menu.

Ya that's not it. Its is the one where it will ask some question like replace with cleaning cartridges, the it will flush with those then have you replace the with ink.

This will initiate a HEAD WASH, requiring FULL Cleaning Cartrideges. It will flush out the ink, pump cleaning solution, then pump out the cleaning solution for long term storage, shipping, or complete cleaning of the machine. If started accidentally, unplug your printer and call your dealer IMMEDIATELY to reset parameter flags.

Yes, Longstore (long storage) will start a Head Wash cycle.

Curious, why are you cleaning the machine out?

Don't do this unless you are considering storing the machine away.
It's the easiest way to empty the cleaning cartridges and a set of ink cartridges!!!
A head soak is probably more beneficial for cleaning the heads
