1624 Ink low

Pulled the k (black) cartridge out and put another in..
Still getting ink low message.
The old cartridge i pulled out, had some ink on the side of it..
It was partially full.

Dont know if the ink may have gotten on contacts or what?

The ink end sensor is most likely broken. It's a small piece of black plastic towards the back bottom right side of the cartridge holder. Look into the cartridge holders and compare them. You will be able to tell if it's broken. It's a small piece of flimsy plastic and a lot of the time you will see it laying on the bottom of the cartridge holder when it's broken.
