2 old school fonts... ??

anyone recognize something similar to these? they are obviously painted a while ago. They want the signs redone in vinyl now, and realize that it might not be exact (becuase this was painted) but still want it very very close. looking for something for BOTH. i have an idea for the top, but nothing close enough for the bottom one
