Question 30' Billboard Refacing Price?

Got a request to reface a 10' x 30' 2 sided visibility billboard.

curious what the going rate is for removal of old faces and installation of new faces.
bottom of the billboard is 35' above grade.

We have it figured with our shop rate for Removal & Installation $950.00 EA
the faces would be $875.00 EA - 7.5oz with 4 sided pole pockets
Is this on Average, Too High or Too Low?

About 3 or 4 years ago was our last billboard. It was a 'V' shaped unipole at the normal size of I think 14' x 48' About 30 or 40' to the bottom. For removal, new faces and all new hardware along both backs and re-instal was around $2,800.
