30 mil Magnet printing

Hello everyone,

Before I jump in to it I wanted to get some advice on printing 30 Magnetic media.
Any special instructions or methods I should be following?
Anything I should be careful about?

My machine is JV33, head is set to Thick.

I welcome any comments please.

I think this will be the most useful tip. Print on vinyl, apply that to the magnet.

I've tried direct printing on both our JV3 and JV33. Neither gave results I'd want to sell to a customer.

This why I love this forum. I was about to put the media in but I am like wait a minute why don't I learn from someone else s experience and make it better for my customer.
