365, Black is bleeding into the surrounding colors, any ideas?

changed most print heads, waiting for two more to come in tomorrow, can't figure out what is causing it.

Increase the amount of Optimizer (at the front panel under Substrate Library...Media...Print Mode). Also check the performance of the Optimizer printhead (#1), clean as necessary, and potentially replace it if needed.

I did replace the optimizer printhead and it is a lot less, but still not 100%, noticeable where the black and yellow touch each other, all printheads changed except one MAG/YEL and one CY/BL

Increase OP level in 6-8 percent increments in the print mode that you are using when printing to this smooth banner media.

The other option would be to print using a lower ink density, but this could decrease color gamut.

I would rather increase interpass delay. Keep optimizer around 20.

It's probably difficult coating on the material.

Can you confirm it's not a reverse wound roll, like ultraflex? It will definitely receive ink, it will just look trashy.
