I will throw this stupid material out the door,

I have no profile for it and I cannot print it without it become all wrinkled up and slight head strikes

any ideas, if not its going to the landfill

I could be wrong but isn't 3690 a screenprint only vinyl? That may be your problem.

Yep.. only 3M products designated "IJ" in front are meant for "I"nk "J"et printing.
