3m print temp?

I recently switched to 3mIJ180 and Ij40 from Orocal. The temps from the 3m printing profiles for my VS640 using cmykx2 is 40 preheat and 45 for drying. My first few prints didn't appear to dry properly. I loosely rolled them and stood them on a crate as I always have done. After 24 hours, the ink was still tacky (will stick to itself).

The temps for the Oracal were 45 preheat and 50 for drying and I never had an issue with the print being dry after 24 hours stored in the same manner.

What can I safely raise the temps to for the 3m printing? Is my "loose roll" an improper drying metod for the 3m?

I use the same series and my heaters are set at 35(pre) 35(prt) 50(post)
Mine dries quick. Like, a minute quick
You sure your heaters are working?
Maybe do a pause between each pass?
How many steps are you using? You might be putting too much ink on the media
