Hi I have a hp latex 115 I am printing on 3m 3831 yellow I am printing some box edge signs I have tried using the 3m profiles the issue I am having is it’s to much heat and when I turn the heat down and run a inner pass delay the ink won’t fully dry the profile is set to optimiser is at 12 the ink is set to 150% and at 100 degrees Celsius it buckles the film when drying I have a platinum cover that I have made on the printer what settings so people use on The latex 365 what ink and temperature dose everyone use it seams to run good at 85degrees but it just doesn’t dry it the delay I have tried is set to 1500 I have tried 200 and 500 and 1000 still same issue I can cut the ink back to 120% but any lower it won’t block out the honeycomb in the film I have successfully printed on this before I have had to reset my profiles due to a Tec problem I’m stuck with ideas

Have you tried printing more passes? You can reduce the density further and crank the passes to 20, overall it'll use more ink, less heat, but print slower. You should be able to turn off interpass delay, since it'll just take twice as long.

You may try with these settings:
temperature: 85°C with 120% ink,
increase optimizer to 14-16,
set inter-pass delay to 2000-2500
