6mm Brushed Aluminum Composite

Can anyone help with locating 1/4" or 6mm brushed aluminum composite? I need a 4x 8 sheet but needs to be at least 1/4" thick. I only see 4mm availability.
Its for exterior use.

To add to that, one of our big name customers is requesting 18x24 building signs out of brushed aluminum composite. Ive noticed that our slitter leaves a ridge on each side where it cuts. Any advice on how to decrease/eliminate this?
FYI- We have a Fletcher Substrate Cutter.
Also keep in mind that a new substrate cutter is not an option, and we do know that we can have the brushed aluminum composite pre-cut from our distributor, but we would like to maximize profits.

I know this is an old thread....but brushed finish Alupanel is NOT for exterior use, nor any aluminum composite material that I know of.

Where can outdoor durable brushed aluminum sheets be purchased? Gemini sells it, but larger sheets are crazy expensive. We have purchased the .040 thick sheets before, but that it a pain to mount to some kind of backing.

we use brushed outside all the time. along with a disclaimer that it may corrode.

Alupanel brand has a 6mm brushed aluminum/mill finish sheet available, it is available from Grimco up here in Canada, not sure about local suppliers

While it is not waranteed for outdoor use, we use it quite a bit with no issues, the other brushed finishes will fade in no time outdoors, but the regular brushed aluminum seems to be fine.
