Font's called JI-Appeal on my system.
Only thing I can find out is it's from JupiterImages, which is the company that owns clipart.com, so I probably got it from a cheapy $10 cd with a year subscription free to clipart.com a year and a half ago. Either that or it came installed with Corel.
