Acrylic backlit / halo lit sign needed

Where can I get a sign like the one below?
My client wants the following:
-24" diameter circle led sign
-Material needs to be acrylic
-Halo lit without light coming through the front or the lettering/logo
-Must be able to plug in and turned on by either a switch or remote (Cord will not be hidden like in the photo as far as I'm aware)
-Needs something for it to be attached to the wall (I think two standoffs located on the left and right sides would be a good option)

Is there anywhere to buy BLANK LED signs? So I could just apply the graphic to the sign?
I do NOT have a CNC currently and do not have much experience with led strips/ diffusers/ power suppl/ etc.
I am aware there many videos of how to do this and I plan to learn eventually, but I want to make sure the sign is well made.

Is it possible to purchase a blank led sign product like below so I could apply the logo myself in shop??

Thank you. I was considering getting a quote from them.. This is just such a basic sign I was hoping I could find a "blank" that was available for purchase, but I am sure Gemini would be able to provide a blank sign too.
