Acrylic faces for lit cabinet/box sign?

Can anyone reccomend a good source that will pre-cut these to height and length?

I found pretty decent pricing, but I have to buy the full height (more than twice what I need) and I need it 24 feet long with no seams.

I hope you mean polycarb. I wouldn't use acrylic for something that big. Not even high-impact acrylic. Too fragile IMO.
Also, is flex face out of the question?

yup at 24' long you will be getting roll-stock polycarb

To go seamless, you're gonna be getting it from roll stock. I'm afraid, unless you have some special connection, you're gonna be buying the whole shebang. You can't use it, but neither can the supplier. Maybe you could find someone who needs some and can swing a deal with them. Call a local sign-shop who deals with electric signs.

You could get away with modified acrylic.

Harbor Sales in MD can probably help you. They have 42" tall roll stock polycarb, and will cut to size.

Have you thought about installing a piece of material that large? Its going to be like wrestling an octopus, especially if your doing it in the air. I would sell the customer on a 2 piece face, and your material is not an issue. That you should be able to get from any sign Supplier such as Nglantz orvHarbor.

...and almost inevitably will come apart at the seam after a few years. Polycarbonate is the way to go.
