Acrylic Panels Finishing

Greetings! I have a customer looking to match existing panels. They are 1/8" clear acrylic with a back print (that part isn't a concern) The panels appear to have a polished ¼ round radius edge as opposed to square cut. Similar to the look from a round-over bit on a router except it's polished. I will experiment, of course, but wondered if anyone has any thoughts on how to achieve this? We have access to both router and laser.

I would guess the edges have been flame polished with a torch.

Seems to be a beveled edge with a flame polish.
