acrylic question

So, I have done a few acrylic signs for indoor, but not too many. Especially now that they are used for everything.
I have a few questions that I'm really just asking about what you guys do in the way of pricing out items.
I have a customer who wants a 3'x5' sign with standoffs. I found a local plastics company who will provide me with wholesale pricing. They will cut and drill the holes for the standoffs. This is really where my question comes in. In the past, we cut and drilled ourselves but we haven't been happy with results. So, these guys have the equipment to do it. How do you charge for that?

Thanks In Advance.

Are they charging you an hourly rate? I include the time it takes on their end to my total shop rate on the customer's invoice. One of my guys charges me $60/hr wholesale for CNC work, which I bill $80-100/hr to my customer, so I make a little.

When I'm pricing something like this, I price it as if we were cutting/drilling in-house. Then if the vendor can do it for less than in-house cost, I have them do it.
